Phantom Existence

We’ve got
it all
wrong how
life unfolds.

It’s not
a matter
of infancy
childhood
teenage years
young adulthood
middle age
old age
& senility.

It’s a
matter of
shifting perceptions
blending into
each other
over the
years pooling
toward the
end in
an expanding
detachment a
disassociation
from the
phantom of
our brief
flash thru
existence.
