Decapitating the Enemy

I’ve begun coding messages to top-of-the-line dead poets on micro-chips that I then embed in the shells of tortoises, the beaks of hawks and the blow-hole lining of killer whales, messages that can be activated with a devise put together for me by some computer geeks who dropped out of the local high school.

The spirits of these poets were too strong to have perished with their bodies, and when the time is right I’ll activate the messages, causing their spirits to coalesce into a force that will wipe out all traces of artificial intelligence on the face of the earth.

I am going to decapitate the enemy with his own sword, unsheathed from the scabbard of poetry.
